We serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Casey Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch. If your residence is nearby and not listed, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can cover it well.

Who checks my Florida house while I am north for the season?

Residence Steward does. On a set cadence we visit the property, check security and condition, handle mail and packages as agreed, and send a photo report — then coordinate approved vendors if something needs attention before you return.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my oversight level later?

Yes, absolutely. You may adjust to a higher or lower tier (Basic, Premium, or Elite) at any time to suit your changing needs—simply contact us, and we'll handle the transition discreetly.
