Residence Steward respects the discretion that home stewardship requires. This page explains what we collect on residencesteward.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a short note about your residence or needs. If you call or email us directly, we keep only what is needed to respond and to arrange stewardship by agreement.
How we use it
We use your information to answer inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide home-watch services you request. We do not sell personal data. We do not rent mailing lists. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Email delivery
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. Message content is used only to reach us securely — not for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics from Vercel to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, rough geography, device type). This does not rely on advertising cookies. If you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner, we may also load Google Analytics with IP anonymization. You can choose “Essential only” to decline optional analytics; essential site function does not require that consent.
Service area
We serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Casey Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch. Contact details are handled in connection with Florida home-watch and stewardship inquiries for that region.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as useful for responding to you and, if you become a client, as needed for the engagement. You may ask us to update or delete contact details that are no longer needed.
