Content on this site describes our approach to home watch and stewardship. It is for general information. It is not a binding service contract, a property-management agreement, or legal advice.
Services by agreement
Any stewardship engagement — visit cadence, reporting, vendor coordination, or related work — is set out in a separate written agreement between you and Residence Steward. Nothing on this site alone creates that engagement.
Florida
We operate in Florida and serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Casey Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every page will always be current. We may update copy, levels, or contact details without prior notice.
